Proper handwashing is the simplest way to minimize risk.
At Pure Nectar all our juicing staff are trained to wash their hands properly and frequently.
First wet both hands under warm running water
Apply liquid soap
Rub hands vigorously for at least 20 seconds giving special attention the back of hands, wrists, between fingers and under the fingernails.
Next, Rinse hands well while leaving the water running.
And Dry hands with a single use disposable towel.
